Beginning this Fall, street sweeping will occur
at random.
It's not an actual street sign. With the
1999 Toyota Celica GT-S, it's a
state of mind.
Of course, when you have a
twin-cam, 16-valve, fuel-injected
engine, you'll blow away more than
just leaves.
